The invention discloses a scour-resistant iron notch mud sleeve repairing material and a preparation method thereof. The vanadium-titanium-iron runner slag comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50-60% of pretreated vanadium-titanium-iron runner slag; 16 to 26 percent of fast cooling white corundum; 12-20% of monatomic silicon powder; 3-5% of magnesium-aluminum alloy powder; 1.5 to 2.5 percent of dextrin; 0.1 to 0.2 percent of salicylic acid; and 4-6% of a mixed solution of glycerol and ethylene glycol is doped. Wherein the pretreated vanadium-titanium-iron runner slag is prepared by firstly carrying out acid pickling and impurity removal on vanadium-titanium blast furnace runner slag, washing with water, drying, then carrying out vacuum impregnation on the vanadium-titanium blast furnace runner slag by adopting ammonium ion stable silica sol, and then carrying out high-temperature sintering; the porosity in the fast-cooling white corundum is greater than or equal to 9%. The obtained taphole mud jacking material is not added with high-pollution carbon-containing raw materials such as resin, can be stored for a long time on site, and is good in filling performance, high in hardening speed and low in heat conductivity coefficient; and in the using process, slag and iron are not adhered, the strength is high, stripping is avoided in the repeated tapping process, and the service life of one-time construction is long.
本发明公开了一种耐冲刷的铁口泥套修补料及其制备方法。按质量百分比计,包括以下原料:经预处理的钒钛铁沟渣50~60%;快冷白刚玉16~26%;单质硅粉12~20%;镁铝合金粉3~5%;糊精1.5~2.5%;水杨酸0.1~0.2%;丙三醇和乙二醇混合液外掺4~6%。其中:经预处理的钒钛铁沟渣,通过将钒钛高炉沟渣先进行酸洗除杂,水洗烘干后然后采用铵离子稳定型硅溶胶对其进行真空浸渍,再高温烧结制备得到;快冷白刚玉中气孔率≥9%。所得铁口泥套料不添加树脂等高污染含碳原料,能够在现场长期保存,填充性能好,硬化速度快,导热系数低;在使用过程中不粘渣铁,强度高,反复出铁过程中不产生剥落,一次施工使用寿命长。
