According to the self-propelled barge pouring system, the mixing tank truck, the automobile pump and the belt conveyor are arranged on the self-propelled barge, concrete is carried for open sea water pouring, carrying equipment is easy to obtain, the input cost is low, and the resource problems that a mixing ship is high in cost and the ship is difficult to use are solved; the mixing tank truck carries the land premixed concrete added with the retarder, the pouring time is prolonged, the concrete quality can be guaranteed, and the system is more suitable for the multi-layer multi-time pouring requirement with the small volume; the pouring method is more effective and more economical, the investment of construction ships and personnel is small, and the construction efficiency and the equipment utilization rate are effectively improved by reasonably configuring the concrete transportation volume, the number of mixing tank trucks, ship berthing points and the like.
