Intelligent guiding and positioning system of pile cutting machine based on BIM
According to the intelligent guiding and positioning system for the pile cutting machine based on the BIM, the designed BIM model of the cast-in-place concrete pile is combined with actual positioning data of the cast-in-place concrete pile, and before pile cutting, a guiding and positioning device is used for assisting constructors to conduct space positioning of a guiding route on the pile position; and meanwhile, horizontal displacement deviation correction is conducted on the pile cutting machine through the positioning device, engineering numerical values, such as the pile body strength, contained in the BIM model are utilized in the system to evaluate the pressure value needing to be applied to the pile cutting machine, then horizontal cutting of the pile head is achieved, and therefore the pile cutting quality is guaranteed, the labor input is reduced, and the construction safety risk is reduced. And meanwhile, the digital and intelligent construction level is improved.
本发明提供了一种基于BIM的截桩机智能引导定位系统,将混凝土灌注桩设计BIM模型与混凝土灌注桩的实际定位数据结合起来,在截桩前利用引导定位器辅助施工人员对桩位进行引导路线的空间定位,进而通过定位装置对截桩机进行水平位移纠偏同时,在系统中利用BIM模型中所含有的工程数值,如该桩身强度等对截桩机需要施加的压力值进行评估,进而实现桩头水平截断,从而保障截桩质量,减少人工投入,降低施工安全风险,同时提高数字化智能化施工水平。
