The invention belongs to the technical field of solid waste resource utilization, and relates to a firing method of sulfuric-acid residue-based porcelainized aggregate with adjustable expansion times. The method comprises the following steps: drying sulfuric-acid residues, phosphorus mud and polluted soil, and then carrying out ball milling to obtain powder; uniformly mixing the powder with an expanding agent to obtain a mixed material; adding water into the mixed material, and granulating to prepare an aggregate biscuit; the aggregate biscuit is heated to 100-120 DEG C for drying; the dried aggregate biscuit is subjected to programmed heating to 300-600 DEG C for preheating treatment, then, programmed heating continues to be conducted to 1080-1200 DEG C for firing treatment, sintered balls obtained after firing treatment are placed under the room temperature condition for quenching treatment, and the high-strength and high-toughness aggregate is obtained. According to the firing method disclosed by the invention, not only can the expansion multiple and the density of the sulfuric-acid residue-based ceramic aggregate be adjusted through adjustment in the preparation process, but also high-valued resource utilization of various solid wastes difficult to treat can be realized.
本发明属于固体废物资源化利用技术领域,涉及一种膨胀倍数可调的硫酸渣基瓷化骨料的烧制方法。将硫酸渣、磷泥、污染土壤干燥,再进行球磨获得粉料;将所述粉料与膨胀剂混合均匀获得混合物料;将混合物料加水造粒制成骨料素坯;将骨料素坯加热至100~120℃进行干燥;将干燥后的骨料素坯程序升温至300~600℃进行预热处理,然后继续程序升温至1080~1200℃进行烧制处理,将烧制处理后的烧结球置于室温条件下进行急冷处理,即得。本发明的烧制方法不仅能够通过在制备过程中的调节,实现硫酸渣基瓷化骨料的膨胀倍数和密度的调节,而且能实现多种难处理固废的高值化资源利用。
