The invention relates to the technical field of plasterboard preparation, in particular to a plasterboard loaded with a formaldehyde cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, activating activated carbon by using a supercritical carbon dioxide technology; s2, carrying out surface modification on the modified nano zinc oxide by adopting an atomic layer deposition method; s3, mixing the activated carbon obtained in the step S1 with the modified nano-zinc oxide treated in the step S2 by adopting a high-speed dispersion machine to form a formaldehyde cleaning agent; s4, mixing the formaldehyde cleaning agent, the gypsum, the adhesive and the fiber reinforced material according to a preset proportion by utilizing an ultrasonic dispersion method to form gypsum slurry; and S5, pouring the gypsum slurry into a mold which is subjected to vacuum treatment in advance by adopting a vacuum pouring method to ensure that no bubble exists in the gypsum board. According to the present invention, the formaldehyde adsorption performance is significantly improved, the uniformity and the strength of the internal structure are ensured, and the curing process is optimized so as to provide the efficient, healthy and durable indoor decoration material.
