Silicon nitride ceramic powder is ground before preparation, so that the particle size of the silicon nitride ceramic powder is smaller, the hardness of the prepared silicon nitride ceramic powder is higher, silicon nitride crystal grains are staggered to form a framework through the pre-sintering step of preparing a primary sphere, the sintering process is carried out after pre-sintering, and under the action of high temperature and high pressure, the silicon nitride ceramic powder is prepared into the primary sphere.
