The invention discloses a construction method of a lock catch steel pipe pile cofferdam for deepwater and torrent working conditions, which comprises the following steps of: erecting a branch trestle and a jacket, arranging a guide frame, and inserting and driving two rows of lock catch steel pipe piles parallel to the branch trestle; the lock catch steel pipe piles and the guide frame are welded and fixed, and anchor rods are constructed; corbels are installed, the three layers of ring beams are connected and stacked on the corbels, and inner supports of all the layers of ring beams are connected; lowering each layer of ring beam to a set height, and inserting and driving two rows of lock catch steel pipe piles on the upstream side and the downstream side during the period to complete the cofferdam; the top faces of the lock catch steel pipe piles are cut to be equal in height, pile top distribution beams are installed, platform girders are assembled, and bridge decks are installed; steel casings with shear rings at the bottoms are put down one by one; mud is sucked in the cofferdam, and bottom sealing concrete is poured; water is pumped to the top of the bottom sealing concrete, steel piles are constructed in the areas between the steel casings and the bottom layer ring beam, and the steel piles are fixedly connected with the bottom layer ring beam; and constructing the bearing platform and the pier body. The construction method is used for solving the construction problem in the prior art under the downstream deepwater and torrent working condition of a hydropower station with bare bedrock.
本发明公开了用于深水急流工况的锁扣钢管桩围堰施工方法,架设支栈桥与导管架,设置导向框,插打与支栈桥平行的两排锁扣钢管桩;锁扣钢管桩与导向框焊接固定,锚杆施工;安装牛腿,连接三层圈梁并叠放在牛腿上,连接各层圈梁的内支撑;下放各层圈梁至设定高度,期间插打上游侧与下游侧的两排锁扣钢管桩,完成围堰;切割各锁扣钢管桩顶面至等高,安装桩顶分配梁,拼装平台大梁,安装桥面板;逐根下放底部带有剪力环的钢护筒;围堰内部吸泥、浇筑封底混凝土;抽水至封底混凝土顶,在各钢护筒与底层圈梁之间的区域施工钢桩,将钢桩与底层圈梁固定连接;施工承台和墩身。本发明用于解决现有技术中在基岩裸露的水电站下游深水急流工况下的施工难题。
