And S4, waterproof plate laying, wherein the first waterproof plates are laid on the non-cured asphalt material, and every two adjacent first waterproof plates are in concave-convex fit through the first matching parts and the second matching parts. And S5, waterproof plugging at the junction, wherein the first waterproof plate and the second waterproof plate are in concave-convex fit through the third matching part and the fourth matching part. And S6, steel bars are arranged, and concrete is poured, specifically, the steel bars are bound on the first waterproof plate, and the concrete is poured.
