The second lifting wheel mechanism comprises a second universal wheel assembly and a second lifting assembly driving the second universal wheel assembly to ascend and descend. The first lifting assembly and the second lifting assembly ascend and descend in a linkage mode. The bottom face of the shell is provided with a supporting part and a through hole, and the first universal wheel assembly and the second universal wheel assembly movably penetrate through the through hole when the lifting component ascends and descends.
