Friction damper capable of adapting to large displacement and manufacturing method
The invention discloses a friction damper capable of adapting to large displacement and a manufacturing method. A damper body comprises a first friction plate set and a second friction plate set. The multiple friction plates of the first friction plate set and the multiple friction plates of the second friction plate set are sequentially arranged in a staggered, overlapped and oppositely inserted mode to form a strip-shaped telescopic structure capable of relatively moving in the length direction. Friction plates are arranged between every two adjacent friction plates in pairs; the positions, corresponding to the two ends of the strip-shaped telescopic structure, of the multiple friction plates of the first friction plate set and the second friction plate set are connected with the two damper end plates correspondingly and connected with the two concrete bodies through the two damper end plates correspondingly. In the manufacturing process, the first friction plate set and the second friction plate set are welded and inserted oppositely, then pretightening force is arranged on the multiple friction plates, and finally the dustproof cover is arranged between the two damper end plates. The friction damper is light in structural weight, simple in structure, capable of adapting to large displacement, stable in yield force, good in structural durability and easy to maintain.
本发明公开了能适应大位移的摩擦阻尼器及制造方法,阻尼器主体包括第一摩擦板组和第二摩擦板组;第一摩擦板组的多块摩擦板的和第二摩擦板组的多块摩擦板依次交错重叠对插设置,形成能够沿长度方向相对移动的条状伸缩结构;每两块相邻的摩擦板之间均成对的设有摩擦片;第一摩擦板组和第二摩擦板组的多块摩擦板对应条状伸缩结构两端的位置均分别与两块阻尼器端板连接,通过两块阻尼器端板分别与两个混凝土体连接。制造时,先分被焊接并对插第一摩擦板组和第二摩擦板组,然后在多块摩擦板件设置预紧力,最后在两块阻尼器端板间设置防尘罩。本发明摩擦阻尼器的结构重量轻,构造简单,能适应大位移,屈服力稳定,结构耐久性好,易于维护。
