Preparation method of oriented ferrite magnetic shielding material
The invention discloses a preparation method of an oriented ferrite magnetic shielding material, which comprises the preparation of ferrite with various components and comprises the following steps: (1) preparing ferrite precursor powder by adopting a hydrothermal method; (2) putting the ferrite precursor powder obtained in the step (1) into a crucible, plugging the crucible into a tubular furnace, and heating for heat treatment; (3) after the reaction, cooling to room temperature, and taking out the crucible to obtain ferrite powder; (4) forming the synthesized ferrite powder to obtain ferrite; and (5) orienting the ferrite to obtain the oriented ferrite. The method is simple in process step, easy to operate, low in equipment requirement and safe and controllable in process, ferrite has magnetic noise and good magnetic shielding effect, and the sensitivity of a protected instrument is improved.
本发明公开了一种取向铁氧体磁屏蔽材料制备方法,包含多种成分的铁氧体的制备,且都包括以下步骤:(1)采用水热法制备铁氧体前驱体粉末;(2)将步骤(1)得到的铁氧体前驱体粉末置于坩埚内塞入管式炉内,加热进行热处理;(3)反应后,冷却至室温后取出坩埚,得到铁氧体粉末;(4)将合成的铁氧体粉末通过成型得到铁氧体;(5)将铁氧体通过取向得到取向铁氧体。本发明工艺步骤简单易操作,对设备要求低,过程安全可控,铁氧体具有磁噪声且磁屏蔽效果好,提高被保护仪器灵敏度。
