The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory materials for blast furnace ironmaking, and particularly relates to blast furnace stemming added with a silicon-titanium-iron nitride composite material and a preparation method of the blast furnace stemming. The blast furnace stemming is composed of a dry mixture and a liquid binding agent, wherein the dry mixture comprises 5-25 parts by mass of a silicon-titanium-iron nitride composite material. The using amount of the liquid binding agent is reduced by 4-15% compared with the using amount of the liquid binding agent when Si3N4-Fe is adopted, the production and manufacturing cost is saved, meanwhile, the generation amount of air holes in the stemming in the high-temperature using process is reduced, and the strength and erosion resistance of the stemming can be effectively improved.
本发明属于高炉炼铁用耐材技术领域,尤其是一种添加氮化硅钛铁复合材料的高炉炮泥及其制备方法。本发明高炉炮泥由干混合料和液态结合剂组成,干混合料包括5~25质量份的氮化硅钛铁复合材料。本发明液态结合剂用量较采用Si3N4‑Fe时液态结合剂的用量降低了4~15%,节约了生产制造成本,同时还减少了高温使用过程中炮泥中气孔的产生量,可有效提高炮泥的强度和抗侵蚀性。
