Segmented reverse demolition construction method for high-rise building
The invention discloses a reverse top descending dismantling construction method for a high-rise building. A closed construction platform is erected on a high-rise building, an upper structure is underpinned in the construction platform through jacking equipment, a jack is in a stressed state during underpinning, the underpinned local structure can be cut, the jack falls back after cutting, the upper structure and the lower structure at the cut-off position are in contact and bear, and at the moment, a column structure is in a stressed state; first jacking and descending dismounting is completed; and the upper bracket is transferred upwards, the procedures of underpinning, cutting and jacking descending are repeated, and second-time dismantling is completed. And the process is continuously repeated, and jacking and descending dismantling of the structure above the construction platform is completed. And the construction platform is moved downwards in stages until the construction platform is transferred to the bottom of the building, and therefore reverse jacking and descending dismantling of the whole high-rise building can be completed in stages. According to the method, dismantling is conducted in the construction platform with the noise reduction and dust removal functions, and therefore the method is a green and environment-friendly reverse dismantling method and conforms to the development trend of green buildings.
本发明公开了一种高层建筑物的逆向顶降拆除施工方法。在高层建筑物上搭设封闭式施工平台,在施工平台内通过顶升设备将上部结构托换,托换时为千斤顶受力状态,可对托换的局部结构进行切割,切割后千斤顶顶降回落,至截断处的上下结构接触并承载,此时为柱结构受力状态,完成第一次顶降拆除;将上牛腿向上转移,重复托换、切割和顶降的工序,完成第二次拆除。不断重复上述过程,完成施工平台以上结构的顶降拆除。分阶段向下移动施工平台,直至将施工平台转移至建筑物底部,由此可分阶段完成整个高层建筑物的逆向顶降拆除。该方法的拆除均在具有降噪除尘功能的施工平台内,因此该方法是一种绿色环保的逆向拆除方法,符合绿色建筑的发展趋势。
