Low-temperature-resistant porcelain insulator and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a low-temperature-resistant porcelain insulator and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of insulators, a porcelain body is prepared firstly, then a layer of negative expansion film is attached to the surface of the porcelain body, and finally the surface of the negative expansion film is coated with a hydrophobic coating. The preparation method of the negative expansion film comprises the following steps: enabling zirconium nitrate and ammonium tungstate to react, adding acid to obtain a precursor, then adding citric acid to obtain sol, coating the surface of a porcelain body with the sol, and carrying out heat treatment. The negative expansion film is additionally arranged between the porcelain body and the hydrophobic film, so that on one hand, the cracking or peeling phenomenon caused by different expansion coefficients due to temperature change is avoided, and on the other hand, the bonding strength of the porcelain body and the hydrophobic film is improved.
本发明公开了一种耐低温瓷质绝缘子及其制备方法,涉及绝缘子领域,先制备瓷体,然后在瓷体表面附上一层负膨胀薄膜,最后在负膨胀薄膜表面涂敷疏水涂料;所述负膨胀薄膜的制备方法如下:将硝酸锆和钨酸铵反应,加入酸,得到前驱体,然后加入柠檬酸,得到溶胶,涂敷在瓷体表面,进行热处理。本发明通过在瓷体和疏水薄膜之间增设一层负膨胀薄膜,一方面避免了由于温度变化导致膨胀系数不同一而产生的裂纹或者起皮现象,另一方面增加了两者的结合强度。
