The invention relates to a composite material sample preparation mold and method and a sample and a strength testing method thereof.The mold comprises a first mold body and a second mold body, the first mold body is provided with a first pouring cavity, and the first mold body is further provided with a plurality of first fixing cavities penetrating through the outer wall of the first mold body and communicated with the pouring cavity; the side wall of the first fixing cavity limits horizontal movement of glass fibers so as to fix the ends of the glass fibers, the diameter of the first fixing cavity ranges from 1 mm to 2.5 mm, the diameter of the first fixing cavity is slightly larger than that of the glass fibers, the first mold body is further provided with a pouring channel communicated with the first pouring cavity, and the second mold body is provided with a second pouring cavity. And when the first mold body and the second mold body are combined, the first filling cavity and the second filling cavity are coaxial and jointly form a closed sample cavity. The composite material sample preparation mold can overcome the defects that the glass fiber is easy to break, the test difficulty is high and the cost is high when the interface strength between the glass fiber and the matrix resin is tested in the prior art.
