Method for preparing calcium silicate board from high-silicon iron tailings
The invention discloses a method for preparing a calcium silicate board by using high-silicon iron tailings, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the high-silicon iron tailings with calcium oxide, and stirring for 5-20 minutes to obtain a dry mixture; (2) mixing the dry mixture with water, and stirring for 5-30 minutes to obtain a wet mixture; (3) carrying out compression molding on the wet mixed material under a press machine to obtain a calcium silicate board semi-finished product, taking out, placing for a period of time, and demolding to obtain the calcium silicate board semi-finished product; and (4) performing autoclaved curing on the calcium silicate board semi-finished product for a period of time, and performing pressure relief and natural cooling to obtain a calcium silicate board finished product. The low-cost high-silicon iron tailing slag is used for replacing a siliceous raw material, so that the raw material cost of the calcium silicate board is effectively reduced. Meanwhile, as iron replaces silicon in tobermorite to generate iron-substituted tobermorite, the prepared novel calcium silicate board is higher in strength, the competitive advantage of the calcium silicate board is improved, the green development strategy is met, the gold content and the green content are remarkably improved, and the strategic emerging industry is boosted to be flourishing.
本发明公开了一种利用高硅铁尾矿制备硅钙板的方法,具有以下步骤:(1)将高硅铁尾矿与氧化钙混合,搅拌5~20min,得到干混料;(2)将上述干混料与水混合,搅拌5~30min,得到湿混料;(3)上述湿混料在压力机下压制成型得到硅钙板半成品,取出并放置一段时间后脱模,得到硅钙板半成品;(4)将硅钙板半成品蒸压养护一段时间后,泄压自然冷却,得到硅钙板成品;本发明使用低廉的高硅铁尾矿渣带替硅质原料,有效降低硅钙板的原料成本。同时,由于铁取代托贝莫来石中的硅生成铁代托贝莫来石,制得的新型硅钙板强度更高,有利于提高硅钙板的竞争优势,符合绿色发展战略,“含金量”和“含绿量”显著提升,助力战略性新兴产业蓬勃发展。
