The invention relates to a method for preparing a hollow calcium silicate board by using high-silicon iron tailings and quicklime, which comprises the following steps: firstly, taking the high-silicon iron tailings and quicklime as main raw materials, adding gravel aggregate, cement, fiber and chemical raw materials, adding water, stirring and uniformly mixing; and molding the uniformly mixed pug in an extrusion mode, and carrying out high-temperature autoclaved curing on the molded green body to obtain the hollow calcium silicate board. A new way is provided for comprehensive utilization of the high-silicon iron tailings, and meanwhile, a high-quality and low-cost wallboard is provided for the fabricated building industry. The process is simple and easy to implement, production equipment is mature, and the problems that a traditional fabricated building wall material is high in price and has many common quality problems can be effectively solved.
本发明涉及一种利用高硅铁尾矿和生石灰制备中空硅酸钙板材的方法,其先以高硅铁尾矿和生石灰为主要原料,添加砂石骨料、水泥、纤维和化工原料,并加水搅拌、混匀;再将混匀的泥料通过挤出方式成型,成型后的生坯,经过高温蒸压养护,获得中空硅酸钙板材。本发明为高硅铁尾矿的综合利用提供了新途径,同时也为装配式建筑行业提供了一种优质廉价的墙板。本发明所用工艺简单易行,生产设备成熟,能够有效缓解传统装配式建筑墙体材料价格昂贵、质量通病多的问题。
