The first PHC pipe pile and the second PHC pipe pile are integrally connected and fixed at a time through the first steel binding sleeve, then the first PHC pipe pile and the second PHC pipe pile are integrally subjected to guiding piling through the bottom support, and therefore the implementation stability of the whole step can be guaranteed, and compared with traditional steel sheet welding fixing, the device is higher in stability and can be used in more scenes.
