The invention discloses a buckle cable steel strand connecting and anchoring method which comprises the following steps that S1, a to-be-installed steel strand is connected with a traction steel wire rope through a rope clamp, and the traction steel wire rope pulls the to-be-installed steel strand to move in the direction of a tower end cableway pipe; s2, when the beam end anchoring end of the to-be-installed steel strand reaches the beam end anchoring position of the steel strand, traction of the traction steel wire rope is stopped, and the beam end anchoring end of the to-be-installed steel strand is anchored on the beam end anchoring structure; s3, continuously pulling the to-be-mounted steel strand to the inlet position of the tower-end cableway pipe, stopping pulling, lowering a guide device in the anchor hole of the corresponding tower-end cableway pipe, and connecting the guide device with the tower-end tip of the to-be-mounted steel strand; and S4, based on guiding of the guiding device, the traction steel wire rope is started to continue to drag the to-be-installed steel strand till the tower end head of the to-be-installed steel strand is anchored in the corresponding tower end cableway pipe anchor hole. According to the method, on the basis of traction steel wire rope driving and through the guiding device, rapid anchoring connection of the steel strand tower end is achieved.
本发明公开了一种扣索钢绞线连接锚固方法,包括如下步骤:S1:待安装钢绞线与牵引钢丝绳通过绳卡连接,并通过牵引钢丝绳牵引待安装钢绞线向塔端索道管方向运动;S2:当待安装钢绞线的梁端锚固端达到钢绞线梁端锚固位置时,停止牵引钢丝绳牵引,将待安装钢绞线的梁端锚固端锚固在梁端锚固结构之上;S3:继续牵引待安装钢绞线至塔端索道管入口位置处,停止牵引,在对应塔端索道管锚孔下放导向装置并与待安装钢绞线的塔端端头连接;S4:基于导向装置的导向,启动牵引钢丝绳继续牵引待安装钢绞线,直至待安装钢绞线的塔端端头锚固在相应塔端索道管锚孔内。本发明方法基于牵引钢丝绳驱动并通过导向装置,实现了钢绞线塔端快速锚固连接。
