Plastic-based mortar and preparation method thereof
The plastic-based mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 15-25 parts of a plastic material, 15-25 parts of sand and 1-5 parts of a fluxing agent, and the raw materials are melted to prepare the plastic-based mortar. The invention also provides a preparation method of the plastic-based mortar. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing the following raw materials in parts by mass: 15-25 parts of a plastic material, 15-25 parts of sand and 1-5 parts of a fluxing agent; s2, putting the mixture into a high-temperature furnace, setting the temperature, and heating until the mixture is molten to form uniform and bubble-free liquid plastic-based mortar; s3, the liquid plastic-based mortar is poured into a mold to be cooled and formed. The energy consumption is effectively reduced, the environmental pollution is reduced, the mortar can be combined with a 3D printing technology, a novel building material with excellent performance and a complex structure can be created, the mortar is suitable for the situation that mortar building materials are used in the scenes of damaged parts of tunnels and bridges, complex projects and the like, and the mortar preparation and application range is greatly expanded.
