The invention discloses recycled asphalt mixture equipment and a production process. The recycled asphalt mixture equipment comprises a coarse material elevator, a coarse particle RAP regeneration roller and a fine material elevator, a first heat exchange body used for exchanging heat with the coarse material elevator is formed on the coarse material elevator, and a second heat exchange body used for exchanging heat with the fine material elevator is formed on the fine material elevator; a waste gas chamber of the coarse particle RAP regeneration roller is connected with a first smoke pipe used for conveying waste gas in the waste gas chamber into the first heat exchange body and the second heat exchange body. The first heat exchange body and the second heat exchange body are provided with second smoke pipes used for discharging waste gas obtained after heat exchange. In the process that the RAP fine particles and the RAP coarse particles are lifted through the lifting machine, the heat exchange body heats the lifting machine and the RAP fine particles and the RAP coarse particles in the lifting machine; and one part of the waste gas subjected to heat exchange with the RAP cold material in the elevator enters the combustion chamber to be mixed with high-heat flue gas generated by combustion of the combustor, and then enters the coarse particle RAP regeneration roller to dry and heat the RAP.
