The invention discloses a grouting, deviation rectifying and lifting method for a special-shaped raft building, the special-shaped raft building comprises a building main body and a raft connected to the bottom of the building main body, the building main body is partially inclined, and the raft is provided with a raft opening; and grouting the opening of the raft plate to form a reinforcing layer. Grouting under the raft plate to form a shallow reinforcing layer, and forming a deep reinforcing layer at the deep part; and grouting is conducted between the shallow reinforcing layer and the deep reinforcing layer, a lifting layer is formed between the shallow reinforcing layer and the deep reinforcing layer, and therefore the building body is corrected and lifted. According to the invention, through the arrangement of first settlement resistance and then reinforcement, it is ensured that building settlement does not change greatly during reinforcement; through the arrangement of the reinforcing layer, the irregular raft plate and the raft plate opening are uniformly stressed during lifting, and an integrated stress system is formed; and through the arrangement of the reinforcing belts and the connecting columns, horizontal and vertical connection of the reinforcing layer can be further guaranteed, the reinforcing layer can be further integrally connected with the raft and the shallow reinforcing layer, and the strength during lifting deviation correction is enhanced.
