The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle cabin door control system with a troubleshooting function and an unmanned aerial vehicle cabin door system.The unmanned aerial vehicle cabin door control system comprises a transportation mechanism used for driving a cabin door, a power output mechanism used for driving the transportation mechanism, a locking mechanism used for locking the cabin door, a microswitch used for detecting that the cabin door is opened in place and a main control module; wherein the main control module comprises a cabin door opening control part, a cabin door opening in-place judgment part and a troubleshooting control part, so that the control system can automatically unlock two locking mechanisms for locking a cabin door and a locking assembly for locking a power output mechanism and automatically control the cabin door to be opened. Besides, the control system can also detect whether the cabin door is opened in place within specified time or not through a microswitch, perform automatic troubleshooting when the cabin door is opened in a fault, and control the power output mechanism to drive the cabin door to return and be opened again according to preset automatic troubleshooting parameters, so that the unmanned aerial vehicle can stably, reliably and automatically run, and the safety of the unmanned aerial vehicle is improved. Manual intervention is reduced, and a large amount of manpower and time are saved.
