Candle type silicon carbide porous ceramic membrane and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of silicon carbide ceramics, and particularly relates to a candle type silicon carbide porous ceramic membrane and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that first silicon carbide powder, second silicon carbide powder, a binder and a lubricant are mixed for 90-120 min, and then a mixture is obtained; the mixture is kneaded and then placed in a forming mold for extrusion forming treatment, and a candle type ceramic green body is obtained; and carrying out drying treatment and recrystallization treatment on the candle-type ceramic green body to obtain the candle-type silicon carbide porous ceramic membrane. No molten phase is generated in the recrystallization process, and no glassy structure or molten phase is generated basically; the ceramic particles of the non-oxide ceramic are not in an amorphous state and are basically 100% crystallized, so that a porous ceramic body with determined pores and grain sizes can be generated, the porous ceramic body has a uniform and open pore network, and the porosity can reach 35%-45%.
