Porous silicon carbide ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a preparation method of porous silicon carbide ceramic, wherein the preparation method comprises the steps: mixing silicon carbide micro powder, an ignition loss agent, a ceramic binder, a monomer, a cross-linking agent, a dispersing agent and water to obtain silicon carbide ceramic slurry; adding an initiator into the ceramic slurry, carrying out vacuum degassing, carrying out injection molding, carrying out cross-linking curing at the temperature of 10-80 DEG C, and demolding to form a ceramic biscuit; and drying the ceramic biscuit, and sintering to obtain the porous silicon carbide ceramic. The porous silicon carbide ceramic biscuit is prepared by adopting a gel casting method, the ceramic binder with the performance similar to that of silicon carbide particlesis added into the ceramic biscuit, and the porous silicon carbide ceramic is obtained through high-temperature sintering. The porous ceramic prepared by the method has the characteristics of randomlyadjustable pore diameter and porosity, uniform material microstructure, uniform airflow channel, high strength, good wear resistance and good corrosion resistance.
本发明是关于一种多孔碳化硅陶瓷的制备方法,其包括:将碳化硅微粉、烧失剂、陶瓷粘结剂、单体、交联剂、分散剂和水混合,得到碳化硅陶瓷料浆;在所述陶瓷料浆中加入引发剂,经真空除气后,进行注模成型,在10‑80℃条件下,进行交联固化,脱模后,形成陶瓷素坯;陶瓷素坯经干燥后,进行烧结,得到多孔碳化硅陶瓷。本发明采用凝胶注方法制备多孔碳化硅陶瓷素坯,陶瓷素坯中添加同碳化硅颗粒性能相近的陶瓷粘结剂,经高温烧结得到多孔碳化硅陶瓷。本发明制备的多孔陶瓷具有孔径、孔隙率可任意调整,材料显微结构均一、气流通道均匀、强度高、耐磨性好、耐腐蚀性能好的特性。
