The invention discloses a radiation refrigeration, high-reflection heat insulation and photovoltaic technology integrated building energy-saving system. The system comprises efficient radiation refrigeration films, wherein the efficient radiation refrigeration films are pasted in the north direction, the west direction and the east direction of a building; the high-reflection heat insulation layer is adhered to the south and the roof of the building; the external cleaning module comprises a polytetrafluoroethylene film and a water spraying device, the polytetrafluoroethylene film is pasted on the efficient radiation refrigeration film, the water spraying device is provided with a water spraying control motor and a mist-shaped water spraying opening, the water spraying control motor is fixedly connected to the building, and the mist-shaped water spraying opening faces the polytetrafluoroethylene film and communicates with a water source. According to the efficient radiation refrigeration device, heat transfer from the outside to the inside of the building can be reduced, meanwhile, the efficient radiation refrigeration film can be conveniently cleaned, and the efficient radiation refrigeration device is more convenient to use.
