The soil fixation structure comprises a side slope; the soil fixing frame is vertically arranged on the side slope, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the soil fixing frame; a plurality of planting grooves are formed in the side slope, the positions of the planting grooves are in one-to-one correspondence with the through holes, and the adjacent planting grooves are communicated with each other; the soil fixing net comprises a connecting frame connector, a water guide net is arranged on the connecting frame connector, at least one water outlet hole is formed in the water guide net, and a water inlet in the water guide net is connected with the connecting frame connector; the reinforcing net is connected to the bottom of the soil fixing net, the reinforcing net comprises a main fixing strip and a plurality of auxiliary fixing strips, and the auxiliary fixing strips are connected to the main fixing strip; the water storage tank is arranged on the side slope, and a water pump is arranged on the water storage tank. The invention further discloses a soil fixation method for shrub planting in the semi-arid area. The method can solve the problem of land degradation caused by low survival rate of shrub planting in the semi-arid region and poor soil fixation effect.
