The elevator is installed in the center of the plane, doors on the two sides are connected with the fireproof isolation belts on the two sides (the elevator waiting halls are also used as fire-fighting front rooms), and therefore when a fire disaster happens, each house type can enter the fireproof isolation belts after going out of the doors and then directly enter the elevator or the evacuation stairs for escape; therefore, the intermediate link of entering the elevator waiting hall through a public channel in the existing residential building is omitted.
