Burning loss resistant torpedo ladle cover and preparation method thereof
A torpedo ladle cover resistant to burning loss comprises a half torpedo ladle cover body composed of a metal shell, lifting lugs, a fiber heat preservation layer and anchoring parts, a wear-resisting castable baffle is poured on the edge of the metal shell, the fiber heat preservation layer connected with the inner wall of the metal shell is left outside the wear-resisting castable baffle, and a protection castable layer is poured on the fiber heat preservation layer. The other half part of the torpedo ladle cover has the same structure; the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, welding the anchoring part on the inner wall of the metal shell, then supporting a template according to a set wear-resistant castable gear thickness, and finally pouring the wear-resistant castable; carrying out gear hardening on the formed wear-resistant castable; fixedly connecting the fiber thermal insulation layer; a protective castable layer is poured after the die is supported in the range of the protective castable layer to be poured; drying after demolding; performing baking; and naturally cooling to room temperature for later use. According to the invention, the replacement period of the tank cover is prolonged from about 1 month to not less than 6 months, the cost is correspondingly reduced by at least 30%, and the method is easy to implement.
