A construction method of a rotary excavating pile penetrating through an underground karst cave or an underground river comprises the following steps that punching operation is carried out at a preset position till a first preset height position of the top of a karst cave or underground river space is achieved, so that a preliminary hole is formed; a pile casing is placed in the preliminary hole to serve as a protection wall; punching operation continues to be conducted in the preset position through the pile casing till the position of the second preset height of the bottom of the karst cave or underground river space is reached; the punching operation continues to be conducted till the third preset height position of the bottom of the karst cave or underground river space is reached; and the reinforcement cage is hoisted into the pile casing, and concrete is poured into the reinforcement cage to form the rotary excavating pile. According to the construction method of the rotary excavating pile penetrating through the underground karst cave or the underground river, the problem that a large amount of karst cave and underground river cannot be filled to form holes in a traditional scheme is solved, the engineering economy is good in the implementation process, the construction difficulty is low, hole forming treatment under the geological condition of the karst cave or the underground river is stable and effective, holes can be rapidly formed, and the construction period is shortened. And the design strength of the pile foundation under unfavorable geological conditions can be well met.
