Concrete curing agent suitable for plateau environment and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a concrete curing agent suitable for a plateau environment and a preparation method of the concrete curing agent. The concrete curing agent is prepared from a first component and a second component, the first component is prepared from 3 parts by mass of water glass, 7 parts by mass of sodium fluoride and 20 parts by mass of purified water; the second component is prepared from 20 parts by mass of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 50 parts by mass of acrylic emulsion, 15 parts by mass of nanoscale talcum powder, 10 parts by mass of hexamethylphosphoramide, 5 parts by mass of a coalescing agent and 100 parts by mass of purified water; the first component is sprayed on the surface of concrete to form a closed film layer for preventing water loss of the concrete and increasing the compactness of the surface through capillary crystallization, and the second component is sprayed on the closed film layer to form a protective film layer for delaying carbonization of the closed film layer. The problem that in the plateau environment, a traditional curing method and a curing agent are difficult to achieve the expected curing effect is solved.
本发明公开了一种适用于高原环境的混凝土养护剂及其制备方法,由第一组分和第二组分组成;所述第一组分由3质量份的水玻璃、7质量份的氟化钠、20质量份的纯净水组成;所述第二组分由20质量份的苯丙乳液、50质量份的丙烯酸乳液、15质量份的纳米级滑石粉、10质量份的六甲基磷酰三胺、5质量份的成膜助剂、100质量份的纯净水组成;所述第一组分喷涂于混凝土的表面通过渗透结晶作用以形成用于防止所述混凝土的水分流失和增加所述表面的致密性的封闭膜层,所述第二组分喷涂于所述封闭膜层上以形成用于延缓所述封闭膜层碳化的防护膜层。本发明解决了高原环境下,传统的养护方法和养护剂难以达到预期的养护效果的问题。
