The invention provides a mass concrete cooling system which comprises a concrete block, a first cooling structure and a second cooling structure, the first cooling structure and the second cooling structure are embedded in the concrete block, an embedding hole is formed in the outer side of the concrete block, the first cooling structure is arranged in the embedding hole, and the second cooling structure is connected with the first cooling structure; the second cooling structure is connected with the heat pump circulation system. The first cooling structure comprises an insert and absorbent paper wrapping the outer side face of the insert, the insert and the absorbent paper are embedded in the insert hole, one end of the insert is fixedly connected with the inner end face of the insert hole, and the absorbent paper is attached to the inner side face of the insert hole. According to the mass concrete cooling system, the number of the cooling circulating water pipes can be reduced, the cooling effect is guaranteed, and the effect of efficiently cooling the interior of concrete is achieved.
