The invention relates to the technical field of traditional ceramic preparation, in particular to cuprous iodide ceramic glaze and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that micro-nano cuprous iodide powder and transparent glaze are prepared into glaze slip according to a certain proportion, the glaze slip is applied to the surface of a ceramic biscuit through a glaze dipping method, the glazed biscuit is dried and then placed in a program-controllable high-temperature furnace, and the glaze slip is prepared; and respectively firing under the conditions of air atmosphere and reducing atmosphere to respectively obtain ceramic glaze products with yellow green and red brown glaze layer coloring effects. According to the invention, the micro-nano cuprous iodide, other components in the glaze formula and oxygen in the air atmosphere are subjected to synergetic reaction, diffusion effect, condensation and other phenomena in the high-temperature glaze firing process, so that the micro-nano cuprous iodide is prepared under the conditions of the air atmosphere and the oxidizing atmosphere; a program-controllable high-temperature furnace is adopted to prepare a ceramic glaze product which has the advantages of uniform glaze surface, yellow green color and red brown color, good glaze layer glossiness, bright and smooth glaze, certain jade texture, few pinholes in a reducing atmosphere, no orange glaze and other defects.
本发明涉及传统陶瓷制备技术领域,具体来说是一种碘化亚铜陶瓷釉及其制备方法,是将微纳米碘化亚铜粉末和透明釉按照一定比例配制为釉浆,采用浸釉法施加釉料于陶瓷素坯表面,将施釉素坯干燥后置于程序可控高温炉中,分别在空气气氛和还原气氛的条件下烧制,分别得到具有黄绿色和红褐色釉层呈色效果的陶瓷釉产品。本发明利用微纳碘化亚铜与釉料配方中其它成分及空气气氛中的氧气之间在高温釉烧过程中的协同反应、扩散效应、凝聚等现象,在空气气氛和氧化气氛的条件下,采用程序可控高温炉制备得到具有釉面均匀呈现黄绿色呈色和红褐色呈色、釉层光泽度好、釉质莹润、具有一定玉质感的陶瓷釉,还原气氛下有少量针孔、无橘釉等缺陷的陶瓷釉产品。
