Water quenching treatment system and method for RKEF ore heat slag of laterite-nickel ore
The invention discloses a laterite-nickel ore RKEF ore heat slag water quenching treatment system and method. The system comprises a slag discharging chute (1) located at a slag discharging opening of the submerged arc furnace, a slag flushing nozzle (2) located below the slag discharging chute and a water discharging opening (3). The length of the deslagging chute is 0.5-10 meters, the width of the deslagging chute is 0.5-2 meters, and the height of the deslagging chute from the ground is 2-5 meters; and an included angle between the direction of the slag discharge chute and the direction of the slag flushing nozzle is 1-10 degrees. The water quenching treatment process by using the system comprises the following steps: the ore heat slag enters the slag discharge chute from the slag discharge port, the slag flushing nozzle discharges water to carry out water quenching treatment, the slag is crushed into slag particles after water quenching is finished, the slag particles and redundant water are settled to the ground, the water is collected through the water discharge port to be recycled, and the slag particles are collected and transported outwards. According to the system, on the basis of the synergistic effect of all the components, the utilization rate of cooling water is increased, meanwhile, the ore-smelting furnace slag is crushed, the steps of post-treatment and the like on slag particles are not needed, and the large-scale industrial production requirement can be met.
