The invention discloses a filament wallboard and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of fiberboards, the filament wallboard sequentially comprises a first paraffin layer, a first fiber hard layer, a fiber skeleton layer, a second fiber hard layer and a second paraffin layer which are tightly combined; stone powder particles are uniformly distributed in the fiber hard layer, an adhesive used by the fiber skeleton layer and the fiber hard layer is modified phenolic resin, and the modified phenolic resin is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of A-stage phenolic resin, 5-10 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 5-10 parts of calcium hydroxide and 1-3 parts of diammonium hydrogen phosphate. According to the prepared filament wallboard, the paraffin layer and the fiber hard layer are laid on the upper portion and the lower portion of the fiber skeleton layer, the waterproof effect and the surface strength of the filament wallboard are effectively improved, the modified phenolic resin adhesive is used in a combined mode, the board explosion and deformation conditions are reduced, and the filament wallboard has the advantages of being high in density, high in surface hardness, high in waterproof performance, low in formaldehyde emission and the like.
本发明公开一种纤丝墙板及其制备方法,属于纤维板技术领域,本发明的一种纤丝墙板依次包括紧密结合的第一石蜡层、第一纤维硬质层、纤维骨架层、第二纤维硬质层和第二石蜡层;纤维硬质层内均匀分布有石粉颗粒,纤维骨架层和纤维硬质层使用的胶黏剂为改性酚醛树脂,改性酚醛树脂的原料按重量份数计,包括以下组分:A阶酚醛树脂100份,聚乙烯醇5‑10份,氢氧化钙5‑10份,磷酸氢二铵1‑3份。本发明制得的纤丝墙板通过在纤维骨架层的上、下方铺设石蜡层和纤维硬质层,有效提高纤丝墙板的防水效果和表面强度,结合改性酚醛树脂胶黏剂的使用,减少爆板和变形情况的出现,具有高密度、高表面硬度、高防水、低甲醛释放量等优点。
