According to the energy-saving building wall, through mutual cooperation of the heat preservation plate, the reinforcing layer and the damp-proof layer, the constructed energy-saving building wall is not prone to being damaged even under the humid climate in the south, and therefore the influence of the humid climate on the heat preservation effect of the energy-saving building wall can be reduced, and meanwhile the crack resistance and durability of the energy-saving building wall can be greatly improved; and long-term stable use of the energy-saving building wall can be ensured.
