The invention discloses a conversion section structure of a UHPC wind power tower, which comprises a UHPC tower tube connecting section, a UHPC tower column connecting section and a UHPC connecting beam, and the UHPC tower column connecting section is fixedly arranged on the periphery of the UHPC tower tube connecting section through the UHPC connecting beam; a plurality of upper tower barrel structure prestress anchoring racks are arranged in the UHPC tower barrel connecting section, and a lower tower column structure prestress anchoring rack is arranged in the UHPC tower column connecting section; the arrangement position of one or more upper tower tube structure prestress anchoring racks in the UHPC tower tube connecting section is located at the joint of a web of the UHPC connecting beam and the UHPC tower tube connecting section. The invention further provides a UHPC wind power tower and a construction method thereof. The conversion section structure of the UHPC wind power tower is light in self weight and reasonable in structure, and compared with a traditional steel structure wind power tower conversion section, a large number of on-site tedious welding and bolting construction processes are omitted, the construction efficiency can be remarkably improved, the construction quality can be guaranteed, and later operation and maintenance are reduced.
