Fluorine-containing silicon slag geopolymer and preparation method thereof
The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing fluorine-containing silicon slag powder, metakaolin and fly ash to obtain a geopolymer precursor, adding water into the geopolymer precursor, uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain slurry A, then adding an alkali activator into the slurry A, and uniformly stirring to obtain slurry B; the slurry B is poured into a mold coated with a release agent or covered with a polyethylene film, then the mold is placed on a vibration table to be vibrated, bubbles are discharged, and then the mold is sealed; and finally, sealing, standing and curing the mold, demolding after the slurry B is formed to obtain a geopolymer rough blank, and curing the geopolymer rough blank in a curing box to a to-be-detected age to obtain the fluorine-containing silicon slag geopolymer. The geopolymer is prepared from the by-product fluorine-containing silicon slag in the phosphorus and fluorine chemical industry, the method is simple and low in cost, the prepared fluorine-containing silicon slag-based geopolymer is high in compressive strength and can replace traditional cement to be applied to the fields of pavement materials and buildings, and green treatment and resource utilization of the fluorine-containing silicon slag are achieved.
本发明公开了一种含氟硅渣地聚合物及制备方法,将含氟硅渣粉末、偏高岭土和粉煤灰混合均匀得到地聚物前躯体,向地聚物前躯体添加水搅拌混合均匀得到浆料A,然后向浆料A中加入碱激发剂搅拌均匀后得到浆料B;将浆料B浇注到涂了脱模剂或者覆有聚乙烯薄膜的模具中,然后将模具置于振动台上振动排出气泡后密封;最后将模具密封静置养护,待浆料B成型后脱模得到地聚物粗胚,将地聚物粗胚置于养护箱中养护至待测龄期,得到含氟硅渣地聚物。利用磷氟化工行业副产含氟硅渣制备地聚物,简单、成本低,制备的含氟硅渣基地聚物抗压强度高,可以替代传统水泥应用在路面材料、建筑领域,实现了含氟硅渣的绿色处置和资源化利用。
