The invention discloses a diving flood drainage robot which comprises a cable, a walking assembly, a water pumping assembly, a water cooling assembly, a posture adjusting assembly, a sealing assembly and a hydraulic power station. The first end of the drainage pipe communicates with the water pumping assembly, the peripheral wall of the drainage pipe is sleeved with the annular water tank, the water inlet end and the water outlet end of the annular water tank communicate with the drainage pipe, and the spiral oil pipe is arranged in the annular water tank and communicates with the hydraulic power station and the water pumping assembly; the first filter screen is arranged at the water inlet end of the annular water tank; the second end of the cable is arranged in the sealing assembly and connected with the posture adjusting assembly, the walking assembly and the water pumping assembly. The problem that water flow containing impurities impacts and damages a hydraulic oil pipeline is solved, the reliability and safety of a whole cooling system and a hydraulic system are improved, the problem of maintenance and replacement of cables and electric appliance elements is solved through a sealing structure, and the drainage robot truly achieves diving operation.
