The invention provides an anti-thaw-collapse pile foundation in a high-temperature frozen soil area, a construction method and a bearing performance improving method of the anti-thaw-collapse pile foundation, and relates to the technical field of pile foundations in frozen soil areas. The temperature of frozen soil around a pile is adjusted in a combined adjusting and controlling mode of prearranging a refrigerating device in a pile body and coating a refrigerating coating, so that the influence of warm and humid climate of the Tibet Plateau on the pile foundation is weakened, and the pile foundation is protected. The long-term service environment of the pile foundation is improved.
