Efficient shrinkage reducing agent and preparation method thereof
According to the efficient shrinkage reducing agent and the preparation method thereof, unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether monomers and low-surface tension monomers with polymerization activity are used as raw materials, and under the action of an initiator and a chain transfer agent, the shrinkage reducing agent is prepared through one step of free radical polymerization at the temperature of 55-65 DEG C in a gradual dropwise adding mode. The obtained shrinkage reducing agent can reduce the surface tension of a cement paste extraction pore solution by 32.00%-40.00%. The shrinkage reducing agent can greatly reduce the self-shrinkage rate and the drying shrinkage rate of cement mortar under the condition that the mixing amount is 0%-0.5% based on the mass of cement, the self-shrinkage rate in 3 days is reduced by 64.86%-71.89%, and the drying shrinkage rate in 56 days is reduced by 24.46%-34.74%. And addition of the shrinkage reducing agent has small negative effects on early compressive strength and is beneficial to improvement of later compressive strength.
一种高效减缩剂及其制备方法,该减缩剂以不饱和聚氧乙烯醚单体和具有聚合活性的低表面张力单体为原料,在引发剂和链转移剂的作用下,采用逐渐滴加方式,通过自由基聚合反应在55‑65℃下一步制成。所得的减缩剂可使水泥浆体提取孔溶液的表面张力降低32.00%‑40.00%。在按水泥质量计0%‑0.5%的掺量下,该减缩剂可以大幅降低水泥砂浆的自收缩和干燥收缩率,3天自收缩率降低64.86%‑71.89%,56天干燥收缩降低24.46%‑34.74%。且该减缩剂的掺入对早期抗压强度的负面影响较小,对后期抗压强度提高有利。
