Preparation method of silicon carbide-based metal ceramic material
The invention relates to a preparation method of a silicon carbide-based metal ceramic material, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: A, weighing titanate, superfine carbon black and silicon carbide according to a molar ratio of 1: 1: (10-25), putting into a beaker, slowly dropwise adding deionized water under magnetic stirring until the mixture is gel-shaped to obtain modified silicon carbide, and putting into a drying oven for later use; b, transferring the modified silicon carbide to a sintering furnace, heating to 1350 DEG C under a vacuum condition, preserving heat for 2 hours, and then cooling to room temperature along with the furnace to obtain a porous silicon carbide preform coated with titanium carbide; c, weighing a proper amount of copper powder, briquetting the copper powder, and placing the briquetted copper powder on the prefabricated body; and then transferring into a sintering furnace, heating to 1150 DEG C under a vacuum condition, preserving heat for 2 hours, and then cooling to room temperature along with the furnace to obtain the silicon carbide-based metal ceramic material. The obtained silicon carbide-based metal ceramic material does not have the problem of mutual diffusion of elements, does not increase electron and phonon scattering, and has the advantages of being stable in electric conduction and heat conduction performance.
本发明涉及一种碳化硅基金属陶瓷材料的制备方法,其特征在于采用以下步骤:A、按摩尔比1:1:10~25称取钛酸酯、超细炭黑和碳化硅,放入烧杯中,在磁力搅拌下缓慢滴加去离子水至凝胶状,得改性碳化硅,放入烘箱备用;B、将改性碳化硅转移至烧结炉,在真空条件下,升温至1350℃,保温2h,然后随炉冷却至室温,得包覆有碳化钛的多孔碳化硅预制体;C、称取适量铜粉,将铜粉压块后放置在所述预制体上;然后转移至烧结炉中,真空条件下,升温至1150℃,保温2h,然后随炉冷却至室温,得碳化硅基金属陶瓷材料。所得碳化硅基金属陶瓷材料不存在元素互扩散问题,未增加电子、声子散射,所得材料具有导电、导热性能稳定的优点。
