Carbon fiber grid reinforcing method for existing bridge pile cap
The invention relates to an existing bridge pile cap fiber grid reinforcing method which comprises fiber grids covering the upper surface and the side face of a cap, reinforcing fiber grids at grid joints of the upper surface of the cap, inner-layer fiber grids covering the side face of a bridge pier and outer-layer fiber grids preventing the inner-layer fiber grids on the side face of the bridge pier from being stripped and damaged. The reinforcing method comprises the following steps of (a) treating the surface of the existing bearing platform, (b) paying off and positioning, (c) laying fiber grids on the upper surface and the side face of the bearing platform, (d) laying inner-layer fiber grids on the side face of the pier, (e) laying anti-stripping and anti-damage pier outer-layer fiber grids, (f) laying reinforced fiber grids at joints, and (g) fixing the fiber grids and smearing a polymer mortar surface layer. The reinforcing method is simple, fully considers the characteristics of the existing structure, and has the advantages of good reinforcing effect, simplicity and convenience in construction, no need of large-scale construction machinery and the like. The method has a wide application prospect and can be popularized in the field of existing bridge engineering reinforcement.
本发明涉及一种既有桥梁桩承台纤维网格加固方法,包括覆盖于承台上表面和侧面的纤维网格、承台上表面网格接缝处的加强纤维网格、覆盖于桥墩侧面的内层纤维网格、以及防止桥墩侧面内层纤维网格剥离破坏的外层纤维网格,加固方法包括如下步骤:(a)既有承台表面处理,(b)放线定位,(c)铺设承台上表面和侧面的纤维网格,(d)铺设桥墩侧面的内层纤维网格,(e)铺设防剥离破坏的桥墩外层纤维网格,(f)铺设接缝处的加强纤维网格,(g)固定纤维网格并涂抹聚合物砂浆面层。本发明加固方法简单,充分考虑了既有结构特点,具有加固效果好、施工简便、无需大型施工机械等优点。本发明具有广泛的应用前景,可在既有桥梁工程加固领域中推广。
