The invention discloses a gangue pile solidification damming filling device which comprises a supporting frame, a filling bin is fixedly installed at the top end of the supporting frame, a telescopic injection pipe is fixedly installed at the top end of the filling bin, a pressing plate is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the telescopic injection pipe, a linkage rod is fixedly installed at the top end of the pressing plate, and a piston head is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the linkage rod. The outer side of the packing bin is fixedly sleeved with a piston cylinder, a movable gear is fixedly installed at the bottom end of a piston head, the outer side of the packing bin is movably connected with an acceleration gear, and a limiting supporting plate is fixedly installed on the outer side of the packing bin, so that cooling liquid in an inner cavity of the cooling bin can circulate to inner cavities of the heat absorption pipes; therefore, the materials are cooled through the heat absorption pipes, and the situation that the materials are unstable due to the high temperature in the filling process is avoided. The invention further discloses a damming method for gangue pile solidification, the formed gangue stockyard has the advantages of firmness, safety and the like, and the problem that large potential safety hazards exist during traditional gangue stacking is greatly solved.
本发明公开了一种矸石堆固化的筑坝填料装置,包括支撑架,支撑架的顶端固定安装有填料仓,填料仓的顶端固定安装有伸缩注料管,伸缩注料管的底端固定安装有压板,压板的顶端固定安装有联动杆,联动杆的底端固定安装有活塞头,填料仓的外侧固定套装有活塞筒,活塞头的底端固定安装有活动齿轮,填料仓的外侧活动连接有加速齿轮,填料仓的外侧固定安装有限位支撑板,从而使降温仓内腔的冷却液能够循环至吸热管的内腔,从而实现了通过吸热管对物料进行降温,避免物料在填料的过程中,因温度较高而发生不稳定的情况。本发明还公开了一种矸石堆固化的筑坝方法,所形成的矸石堆料场坚固安全等优点,极大的避免了传统矸石堆放时存在较大安全隐患的问题。
