Low-carbon cementing material based on waste incineration fly ash
The invention discloses a waste incineration fly ash-based composite admixture, a low-carbon cementing material and a preparation method of the waste incineration fly ash-based composite admixture, and waste incineration fly ash can be used for preparing the composite admixture and the low-carbon cementing material after being subjected to low-temperature thermal decomposition pretreatment, water washing pretreatment and fly ash strengthening treatment. The composite admixture prepared by the method disclosed by the invention can utilize component fusion among various mineral admixtures to motivate potential gelling activity of a fly ash treatment product to the greatest extent, a consolidation gelling effect is provided for concrete and a low-carbon gelling material, the use amount of cement in the concrete is reduced, and the engineering cost is reduced; meanwhile, the physical and chemical properties of the low-carbon cementing material can be improved, and efficiency linkage of various products is realized; under the cementation effect of the cementitious material, a novel low-carbon cementitious material which has good performance and can replace cement can be provided, and household garbage incineration fly ash and general industrial solid waste can be reused, so that harmless and resource treatment of the incineration fly ash is achieved.
本发明公开了垃圾焚烧飞灰基复合掺合料、低碳胶凝材料及制备方法,垃圾焚烧飞灰低温热分解预处理、水洗预处理以及飞灰强化处理后,可用于复合掺合料以及低碳胶凝材料的制备,本发明方法制备得到的复合掺合料能够利用各矿物掺合料之间的组分融合而最大限度的激发飞灰处理产物潜在的胶凝活性,为混凝土和低碳胶凝材料提供固结胶凝作用,减少混凝土中水泥的用量,降低工程成本;同时能够提高低碳胶凝材料的物化性能,实现多种产品的效能联动;在胶凝材料的胶结作用下既可以提供一种新的性能良好的可替代水泥的低碳胶凝材料,还可以对生活垃圾焚烧飞灰及一般工业固废进行再次利用,达到焚烧飞灰的无害化、资源化处置。
