The invention discloses an ardealite-based ice-melting water permeable brick and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that S1, 5-10 parts of cement, 15-25 parts of ardealite powder, 80-110 parts of natural fine aggregate, 5-10 parts of a copper organic framework, 5-10 parts of microcapsules and 2-4 parts of fibers are weighed and mixed to be uniform, and a mixture is obtained; disilane is stored in the microcapsules, and the microcapsules can be broken at the temperature of 0 DEG C to release the stored disilane; s2, adding 20-40 parts of water into the mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain slurry; s3, after the slurry is put into a mold, static pressure, mold removal and maintenance are conducted, and the ardealite-based ice-melting water-permeable brick is obtained. The road surface ice layer can be melted in winter, so that the road surface is prevented from being frozen, and the road safety is guaranteed; meanwhile, solid waste resources are used as raw materials, and technical support can be provided for recycling and reusing of solid waste materials and ecological environment restoration.
