The invention relates to the technical field of ardealite building materials, in particular to a preparation method of an ardealite brick, which comprises the following steps: S1, weighing a certain amount of ardealite building gypsum powder, and mixing a certain proportion of powdery retarder, a certain proportion of powdery polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a certain proportion of ash calcium to prepare powder for production; the retarder is used for adjusting the initial setting time of the phosphorus building gypsum powder to be 4-6 min; s2, the powder in the step S1 is added into a mixing stirrer, a certain amount of water is added while high-speed stirring is conducted, the powder and the water are evenly mixed and do not agglomerate, initial setting of the phosphorus building gypsum is avoided, and the powder added with the water is obtained; s3, before the initial setting time, putting the powder added with the water in the step S2 into a mold, applying a pressure of 30-50 MPa, maintaining the pressure for 2-3 minutes, performing extrusion forming, and removing excessive water in the building block; and S4, after pressure maintaining is finished, demolding is conducted through hydraulic jacking, and the ardealite brick is obtained. By adopting the method provided by the invention, the self-waterproof phosphogypsum brick with ultrahigh density and ultrahigh strength can be prepared.
本发明涉及磷石膏建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种磷石膏砖的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:S1、称取一定量磷建筑石膏粉,混合一定比例粉状缓凝剂,一定比例粉状聚羧酸减水剂、一定比例灰钙,制得生产用粉料;缓凝剂用于调节磷建筑石膏粉的初凝时间为4‑6min;S2、将步骤S1中的粉料加入到混合搅拌机中,高速搅拌的同时加入一定量的水,粉料与水混合均匀、不团聚,且避免磷建筑石膏初凝,得到加水后的粉料;S3、在初凝时间前,将步骤S2中加水后的粉料放入模具中,施加30‑50MPa压力,保压2‑3min,挤压成型,并排除砌块内多余水份;S4、保压结束后,通过液压顶升脱模,得到磷石膏砖。采用本发明所供的方法,可制备得到超高密度、超高强度、自防水的磷石膏砖。
