The invention belongs to the technical field of anti-floating anchor rods, discloses anti-explosion and recyclable anti-floating anchor rod grouting equipment, and aims to solve the problem that the quality of an anti-floating anchor rod is affected due to the fact that injected cement paste cannot fill a whole anchor hole when a grouting pipe is cracked and exploded during hole collapse. The device comprises a mounting bracket used for being mounted on a soil body on the periphery of an anchor hole of the anti-floating anchor rod; the spliced steel grouting pipe is used for penetrating through the middle of the mounting bracket and communicating with external grout through a pipeline, and a grouting hole is formed in the lower end of the spliced steel grouting pipe so that the grout can be injected into the anchor hole; and the driving mechanism is mounted on the mounting bracket and is used for driving the spliced steel grouting pipe to ascend or descend. According to the anti-floating anchor rod forming device, the problem of cracking and pipe bursting during high pressure or hole collapse of the grouting pipe is avoided, the whole anchor hole can be filled with injected cement paste or cement mortar, and the forming quality of the anti-floating anchor rod is improved.
