Method and device for preparing ceramsite by firing gold tailing powder
The invention provides a preparation method and device for firing ceramsite from gold tailing powder, and relates to the technical field of comprehensive treatment of solid wastes. The device comprises a rotary furnace, a water supplementing device used for adjusting the water content of tailing powder and a cooling fan used for adjusting the temperature in the rotary furnace body. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking gold tailing powder as a raw material, adjusting the water content of the gold tailing powder to 6.5-9.5% by utilizing a water replenishing device, replenishing water, rotating and pelletizing, rapidly heating and drying, slowing the heating speed after reaching 900 DEG C, heating to 1150 +/-50 DEG C, stopping heating, continuously rotating and preserving heat, ventilating and cooling to 200 DEG C, and finally, reversely rotating and discharging, thereby obtaining the gold tailing powder. The whole process of firing the ceramsite with the gold tailing powder is completed, the kiln is in a rotating state all the time in the whole process, and the ring forming problem caused by the tailing powder is solved through ceramsite friction self-cleaning; the four ceramic particle preparation processes of granulation, drying, roasting and cooling are performed in the same rotary furnace in a sequencing batch mode, and the prepared ceramic particles are good in sphericity, have the diameter of 5-10 cm and are high in strength.
本发明提供了一种黄金尾矿粉烧制陶粒的制备方法及装置,涉及固体废物综合治理技术领域。该装置包括旋转炉、用于调节尾矿粉含水量的补水装置以及用于调节旋转炉体内温度的冷却风机。该制备方法以黄金尾矿粉为原料,利用补水装置将黄金尾矿粉含水量调节至6.5‑9.5%,补水旋转团球后,急速加热烘干,至900℃后放缓加热升温速度,加热至1150±50℃,停止加热,继续旋转保温,然后通风降温至200℃,最后逆向转动排料,完成整个黄金尾矿粉烧制陶粒的过程,整个过程炉窑一直处于旋转状态,利用陶粒摩擦自清洁解决了尾矿粉引起的结圈问题;实现了将造粒、干燥、焙烧、冷却四个制陶粒过程在同旋转炉内序批式进行,制得的陶粒呈球形性好,直径在5‑10cm,强度高。
