The invention provides a construction site concrete pouring monitoring system which is characterized in that an information acquisition module is used for acquiring concrete information and pouring information in a concrete pouring process, a sensor is embedded in advance, and temperature data information in concrete is acquired regularly after concrete pouring is completed; the prediction module is used for acquiring concrete information and pouring information in the information acquisition module, and generating an output temperature theoretical change curve based on a prediction model; and the comparison module is used for receiving the temperature data information in the information acquisition module and the temperature change curve in the prediction module, extracting the highest temperature and the lowest temperature of the temperature change curve in the same time region, comparing the highest temperature and the lowest temperature with the temperature data information, and if the temperature data information is greater than the highest temperature or lower than the lowest temperature, outputting the result. If yes, generating early warning information; and the feedback module is used for receiving the early warning information and sending the early warning information to the controller for early warning.
